Every return needs an RMA number attached. Start your return below and we'll send you the number and instructions.
Unused Items Only
Returns are accepted only on items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags still attached. Any washed, worn, or altered items are non-returnable.
RMA Required
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be attached to every return. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted. Request yours through the return form.
7-Day Cash Refund
Items returned within 7 days of being received qualify for a cash refund or store credit refund to your original payment method.
8–14 Day Store Credit
Returns made between 8 and 14 days of receiving your item are eligible for store credit only — no cash refund.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to start a return.
- Days 1–7: Eligible for a cash refund or store credit refund.
- Days 8–14: Eligible for store credit only.
- After 14 days: Returns are no longer accepted.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered (no modifications, customizations, or hemming)
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging where applicable
Any item that has been washed, worn, or altered is non-returnable and will be returned to you.
How to Start a Return
- Fill out the return request form with your order number and the issue.
- We'll review your request and issue an RMA number with return shipping instructions.
- Ship your item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or store credit is processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved cash refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Store credit is issued to your account and can be used on any future order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return your original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. This holds your new item and avoids wait times.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@shopflyboyz.com with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any washed, worn, or altered items
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Final sale or clearance items (where marked)
